Looking for answers? The number 42 doesn't always solve all problems, but I try to answer the most common questions here.

Do you sew everything yourself?
Yes!
Can I combine separate orders and pay for shipping only once?
When packing the orders, I check if multiple orders have been placed by the same person and will immediately refund any excess shipping costs paid.
If the Hermes tracking status says the shipment is being returned, will it come back to you?
No! Hermes always displays this, and nobody knows why. The shipment is not being returned!
If the mail takes longer than planned, are you responsible for that?
No, please contact Deutsche Post / DHL.
Can I exchange the same clothing or other items for a different size?
Since I offer almost exclusively unique, one-of-a-kind items, this is not possible. You will need to return the items and choose something else from the regular stock.
Do you make custom items based on personal preferences and measurements?
No. Unfortunately, I do not have the time for that.
How do I measure my dog correctly?
Please measure from the collar / base of the neck to the tail and subtract 1-2 cm. Please measure the circumference at the belly. The belly length is particularly relevant for male dogs.
Is the neckline too tight?
No! I sew the items in such a way that a normal dog's head fits through. Keep in mind that the cuff/ribbing always stretches by 1-2 cm, allowing the sweater to slip over the front legs.
Can I just cut off webbing that is too long?
Yes. Please cut it off and seal the edges with fire.
Are you interested in used clothing?
Yes, if it is in really good condition, I will gladly reimburse the shipping costs.
